What happens at a limit
Nothing is cut off without warning, and a live site is never taken down.
- Sites and custom domains
- A new one is refused, and the message names the plan that allows more.
- Deploys
- Saved as a draft. The live version stays exactly as it is.
- Size of a site
- The deploy is refused, with the limit in the message.
- Form submissions
- Still accepted and stored, but not emailed until the next month or an upgrade.
- Bandwidth
- Fair use: we email you at 80% and 100%, and never slow or stop the site.
Billing questions
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are before 18% GST, which is added to every charge, and a GST tax invoice for each payment is on your dashboard’s Account page. A GST-registered business can add its GSTIN at checkout so the invoice carries its details.
How do I pay?
Personal and Developer are monthly subscriptions through Razorpay, by card or UPI. Agency is arranged by email and billed by invoice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your dashboard’s Account page. Nothing more is charged: the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then the account moves to Hobby and your sites stay live.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees already paid aren’t refundable, including for a partly used month, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error. See cancellations and refunds.
Can I move between paid plans?
Yes: email support@runlite.in and we’ll move you over.
What counts as a form submission, or a deploy?
A submission is one form sent by a visitor to any of your sites; the monthly allowance is shared across the account. A deploy is one publish of a site, whether it replaces every file, patches a few, or comes from an upload sent in parts, and deploys are counted per site, per calendar month.
What does fair-use bandwidth mean?
We measure the data each site serves and email you at 80% and 100% of your plan’s allowance, but we never slow or stop a site because of it. If a site consistently uses far more than its plan includes, we may ask you to move to a plan that fits.
Why is Agency by request?
We set up Agency accounts by hand and bill them by invoice, so we can agree the details with you first. Email us and we’ll get you started.
Will prices change?
If they do, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the change affects you.
